They explore concrete cases of urban planning and construction decisions, work with templates, and complete simple drafting exercises. Tools such as Markdown and shared repositories are used to create initial ADR deliverables.
Module 2Theme: Drafting and Structuring ADRs for Construction Projects (methods, criteria, reviews)
This day deepens the structure of ADRs with context, alternatives, and consequences. Learners work on real-world scenarios of technical choices in real estate, incorporate sustainability criteria, and conduct peer reviews. Deliverables include three complete ADRs on construction projects.
Module 3Theme: Integrating ADRs into Company Processes (collaborative tools, workflows)
Professionals learn to integrate ADRs into construction project lifecycles. They configure workflows with tools such as Notion or Confluence, simulate review meetings, and measure the impact on team coordination. Practical cases focus on urban sites with documented deliverables.
Module 4Theme: Capitalization and Audit of ADRs in Architecture (analysis tools, reporting)
The final day covers auditing and leveraging accumulated ADRs. Participants analyze databases of past decisions, optimize search, and produce summary reports for the company. Final exercises include presenting a ready-to-use certified ADR portfolio.
