About Afdas
Afdas is the historic OPCO for cultural and creative industries — founded in 1972, it integrated 47 professional branches in 2019: live performance, cinema, audiovisual, publishing, press, advertising, sport, leisure and tourism. 110 000 companies and over 1 million professionals (including a significant share of intermittent workers and freelancers) are covered.
Afdas is the only OPCO that also manages training funds for artist-authors and freelance journalists. Particularly active on media digital transitions (generative AI for editorial, AI post-production, motion design, no-code), it funds long reskilling tracks and RNCP certifications.

Mobilize Afdas funding
How to file the application
Log into your Afdas online portal (company, intermittent, freelance journalist or self-employed depending on your status), build your request with the Learni quote and attach required documents. Answer in 4–6 weeks.
Caps and indicative rates
Intermittent allowances: up to €6 200/year for 75 hours of training. Company plan: €35–80/hour. Top-up via the skills development plan available for intermittents.
