OCAPIAT (Skills Operator for Agriculture, Fisheries, Agri-food Industry and Territories) covers the entire food chain — from primary production to processing. 47 branches, 190 000 companies and 1.2 million employees are covered.
Funding priorities focus on precision agriculture (drones, sensors, AI), digital traceability (food blockchain), cooperative cybersecurity and AI optimization of agri-food production chains. OCAPIAT is also very active on seasonal programs and short contracts.
