Why we exist

Learni was born from a simple observation: in tech, skills become obsolete faster than ever. Languages, frameworks, cyber threats and AI models change within months. Yet much of professional training still delivers generic, theoretical content disconnected from the field. We set out to build the opposite: an organisation where every program is designed to create real, measurable impact in teams' daily work.

Our mission is to equip professionals and companies so they stay in control of their technological future. For us, training is not about ticking a regulatory box: it is about transforming an organisation, unblocking projects and giving teams confidence in the face of technologies that can feel intimidating.

The Learni story

Before Learni, Allan BUSI worked as an engineer and then as an independent trainer. In direct contact with companies, he measured the gap between what teams need to learn and what they are actually offered. He took his first entrepreneurial steps by building a training activity, learned the craft in the field, and drew a conviction that never left him: tech training deserves experts who still practice their craft every day.

On January 3, 2024, he officially founded Learni. From the very first weeks, he set up demanding quality processes — and in less than two months, Learni earned the Qualiopi certification, a mark of seriousness and a key to funding. That same year, Learni took part in hackathons alongside OpenAI experts for large accounts such as Ubisoft, Transavia and EM Normandie, then launched its seminar format: an immersive, collective upskilling experience.

In a few months, Learni went from a conviction to a French reference in tech training, with more than 10,000 learners supported and a 99% satisfaction rate.

We made a radical choice: to offer only in-company training. No open sessions mixing unrelated profiles, but training reserved for your teams, designed around your real cases. This guarantees maximum relevance: we talk about your tools, your data and your challenges, never generic examples.

Our training runs remotely, or onsite on request, from beginner to expert level, with clear, transparent day rates and an attractive group rate from three people.

Excellence and discretion

Excellence is our first requirement — and it goes hand in hand with discretion. Training a company's teams means entering the heart of its projects, its tools and sometimes its secrets. We handle every assignment with the rigour and confidentiality of a consulting firm: what is said in the room never leaves the room.

That discretion is contractual. Every training agreement includes confidentiality clauses drafted by a lawyer, protecting your trade secrets and all information shared during the session. Because our training is exclusively in-company, your employees upskill among themselves, on your real cases, without ever exposing your sensitive topics to third parties.
