In-company training is a format where Learni exclusively trains employees of a single company on a customized program. It's the opposite of inter-company: here, content, examples, hands-on cases and pace are calibrated to your business context, tools and stakes.
The upside: stronger team cohesion, shared language, immediate application of skills on internal problems. The format can be on-site at your premises or synchronous remote. All Learni modules can be delivered in-house, with adapted facilitation and real-world cases.
