How to use

Mobilize OPCO Atlas funding

Who can benefit

Any company under a collective agreement linked to Atlas (notably Syntec, Banque, Assurance, Engineering offices) automatically contributes and can mobilize its funds to train its employees.

How to file the application

To mobilize Atlas funding on a Learni training: 1) check your IDCC (collective agreement code) on your pay slip; 2) file a funding request at least 30 days before the training start via your company portal on the Atlas website; 3) attach the Learni quote, program and training agreement. Our administrative team handles the full application and tracks reimbursement.

Caps and indicative rates

Average development plan rate: €30–70/learner-hour. Work-study: 100 % of training cost covered according to the NPEC (national funding level) set by France Compétences.
