10:00 AM - 11:30 AM — The structure that changes everything: Persona / Task / Context / Format / Examples / Tone. · The 5 patterns that cover 90% of business needs: rewriting, extraction, summarization, brainstorming, judgment. · The iteration loop: how to turn an average prompt into an excellent one in 3 passes. · 25-minute workshop: everyone reworks a recurring prompt from their daily routine.
Module 3Real business cases - the signature workshop

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM — Step by step: create a Custom GPT / Claude Project / Gemini Gem / Copilot Studio assistant. · Adding knowledge: uploading documents, grounding the assistant on your internal reference material. · Defining tone, guardrails and examples - so the assistant stays on its turf. · Rolling it out to the team: permissions, sharing, usage tracking.
Module 5Wrap-up, action plan, debrief
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM — Group debrief: what are you taking home Monday morning? · 30-day action plan: 1 use case to industrialize, 1 prompt to share, 1 guardrail to put in place. · Hot-seat evaluation + delivery of the Learni Quickstart Kit. · Open Q&A with the trainer - every question welcome, even the 'dumb' ones.

Methods, materials and delivery
