Founded by engineers and learning experts, Learni's mission is to make high-impact tech training accessible to teams everywhere. We work remotely with organizations across the US and Canada, in your time zone, to help teams upskill fast.
Don't let this gap widen
Every quarter without AI in production costs you 30 to 45% of the productivity available on automatable tasks - those hours are gone for good.
Competitors who made the switch in 2025 are taking 2 to 3% of market share per quarter, and after a year that slope becomes irreversible.
The adoption window is closing: according to Gartner, 80% of companies will have industrialized their first AI agents by the end of 2026 - latecomers will renegotiate their markets from a position of weakness.
The real cost of waiting 6 months on a 50-person team: roughly $252,000 in unrecovered productivity and a skills gap that takes 18 months to close.
A single AI Accelerator session - $5,145 - pays for itself with the very first automation you ship.
Day 1 · 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM — Model landscape: LLMs, multimodal models, agents - who does what in 2026. · Real limitations: hallucinations, bias, context windows, cost - when AI is NOT the right answer. · EU AI Act, GDPR/CCPA, trade secrets: the 7 lines you must not cross, and the 3 guardrails to switch on. · Reading your IT landscape: where AI can slot in without breaking security or user experience.
Day 1 · 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM — The 7 prompt structures that cover 95% of business needs (CO-STAR, RACE, persona-task-context-format). · Few-shot, chain-of-thought, self-critique: when each technique is worth the brainpower. · Collaborative prompt library: we build YOUR company's reference library live. · 45-minute workshop: every participant reworks one of THEIR recurring prompts and measures the quality gap.
Day 1 · 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM — Lightning audit of your unstructured data: PDFs, emails, tickets, meeting notes - what could be put to work. · RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture: the simple version, the serious version, and the classic trap. · Setting up an in-house knowledge base on ChatGPT Projects / Claude Projects / NotebookLM. · Hands-on: we ingest a corpus of your choice (product catalog, FAQ, compliance library) and query it.
Day 1 · 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM — Group workshop: each function identifies 5 tasks that are candidates for AI automation. · Impact x feasibility x risk matrix: we lock in the 12 priority use cases. · Quantified estimates: how many hours per week, per team, for what investment. · Day 1 deliverable: your 90-day AI roadmap, signed off by your sponsors.
Day 2 · 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM — Choosing your orchestration tool: Make, n8n, Zapier, Power Automate - the honest comparison. · Building a reference workflow: trigger, AI enrichment, human validation, action. · Error handling, cost control, confidence thresholds: what nobody shows you in the demos. · Hands-on: each breakout group ships 1 working workflow, deployed on your stack.
Day 2 · 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM — Anatomy of an agent: LLM + tools + memory + reasoning loop. · Reference architectures: shopper agent, market-watch agent, support agent, writing agent. · Building an agent with ChatGPT Custom GPT / Claude Skills / Gemini Gems / Copilot Studio. · Guardrails: observability, human hand-off, traceability - so the agent goes to production safely.
Day 2 · 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM — Internal AI usage policy: 10 clear rules, validated by HR, legal and security. · Choosing a private or self-hosted environment: Mistral, open-weight models, on-premise vs SaaS. · Regulatory readiness (EU AI Act and beyond): risk classification, register, transparency - the operational checklist. · Internal communication plan: bringing teams on board without triggering hype or panic.
Day 2 · 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM — Each breakout group pitches its use case to a panel (sponsor + trainer + peers). · Structured feedback on impact / cost / risk / timeline - pilots are ranked by priority. · Commitments: one AI champion per team, a 90-day calendar, weekly check-ins. · Wrap-up: delivery of the Learni Impact Book (use case map, prompts, workflows, contacts).
The AI Accelerator program is delivered onsite or remote (blended-learning, virtual classroom, remote presence). At Learni, an industry-certified training organization, every program is built to maximize skills acquisition regardless of the chosen format.
The trainer alternates between demonstrative, interrogative and active methods (through hands-on labs and/or scenarios). This pedagogical approach guarantees concrete learning that's immediately applicable at work.

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.
Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.
30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.
No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.
Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.
A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
30 minutes with a learning advisor. No commitment. No sales pitch dressed up as a demo.
