Learning objectives

  • Map your company's 12 highest-priority AI use cases with an impact x feasibility x risk scoring model
  • Master advanced prompt engineering (CO-STAR, RACE, chain-of-thought, self-critique) and build a shared library of 80+ business prompts as a team
  • Structure an internal data corpus and deploy a simple RAG architecture on ChatGPT Projects, Claude Projects or NotebookLM
  • Design and ship a working AI agent (Custom GPT, Claude Skills, Gemini Gem, Copilot Studio) with business-grade guardrails
  • Orchestrate an AI automation workflow on Make, n8n, Zapier or Power Automate, with error handling and observability built in
  • Align your AI governance with the EU AI Act, GDPR/CCPA and trade-secret protection: usage policy, risk register, internal communication plan
  • Measure AI impact with hard KPIs - hours saved, adoption rate, agents in production - tracked at day 30 / 90 / 180

The Learni story

Founded by engineers and learning experts, Learni's mission is to make high-impact tech training accessible to teams everywhere. We work remotely with organizations across the US and Canada, in your time zone, to help teams upskill fast.

Don't let this gap widen

Why this program matters

  • Every quarter without AI in production costs you 30 to 45% of the productivity available on automatable tasks - those hours are gone for good.

  • Competitors who made the switch in 2025 are taking 2 to 3% of market share per quarter, and after a year that slope becomes irreversible.

  • The adoption window is closing: according to Gartner, 80% of companies will have industrialized their first AI agents by the end of 2026 - latecomers will renegotiate their markets from a position of weakness.

  • The real cost of waiting 6 months on a 50-person team: roughly $252,000 in unrecovered productivity and a skills gap that takes 18 months to close.

  • A single AI Accelerator session - $5,145 - pays for itself with the very first automation you ship.

Program

Module 1Decoding generative AI (and no longer treating it like black magic)

Day 1 · 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM — Model landscape: LLMs, multimodal models, agents - who does what in 2026. · Real limitations: hallucinations, bias, context windows, cost - when AI is NOT the right answer. · EU AI Act, GDPR/CCPA, trade secrets: the 7 lines you must not cross, and the 3 guardrails to switch on. · Reading your IT landscape: where AI can slot in without breaking security or user experience.

Module 2Advanced prompt engineering - the grammar that changes everything

Day 1 · 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM — The 7 prompt structures that cover 95% of business needs (CO-STAR, RACE, persona-task-context-format). · Few-shot, chain-of-thought, self-critique: when each technique is worth the brainpower. · Collaborative prompt library: we build YOUR company's reference library live. · 45-minute workshop: every participant reworks one of THEIR recurring prompts and measures the quality gap.

Module 3Structuring your data - the raw material everyone forgets

Day 1 · 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM — Lightning audit of your unstructured data: PDFs, emails, tickets, meeting notes - what could be put to work. · RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture: the simple version, the serious version, and the classic trap. · Setting up an in-house knowledge base on ChatGPT Projects / Claude Projects / NotebookLM. · Hands-on: we ingest a corpus of your choice (product catalog, FAQ, compliance library) and query it.

Module 4Use case mapping - the ROI diagnostic

Day 1 · 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM — Group workshop: each function identifies 5 tasks that are candidates for AI automation. · Impact x feasibility x risk matrix: we lock in the 12 priority use cases. · Quantified estimates: how many hours per week, per team, for what investment. · Day 1 deliverable: your 90-day AI roadmap, signed off by your sponsors.

Module 5Automating a business workflow end to end

Day 2 · 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM — Choosing your orchestration tool: Make, n8n, Zapier, Power Automate - the honest comparison. · Building a reference workflow: trigger, AI enrichment, human validation, action. · Error handling, cost control, confidence thresholds: what nobody shows you in the demos. · Hands-on: each breakout group ships 1 working workflow, deployed on your stack.

Module 6Designing your first AI agents

Day 2 · 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM — Anatomy of an agent: LLM + tools + memory + reasoning loop. · Reference architectures: shopper agent, market-watch agent, support agent, writing agent. · Building an agent with ChatGPT Custom GPT / Claude Skills / Gemini Gems / Copilot Studio. · Guardrails: observability, human hand-off, traceability - so the agent goes to production safely.

Module 7Governance, security and compliance - making AI stick

Day 2 · 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM — Internal AI usage policy: 10 clear rules, validated by HR, legal and security. · Choosing a private or self-hosted environment: Mistral, open-weight models, on-premise vs SaaS. · Regulatory readiness (EU AI Act and beyond): risk classification, register, transparency - the operational checklist. · Internal communication plan: bringing teams on board without triggering hype or panic.

Module 8Pilot project pitches + action plan

Day 2 · 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM — Each breakout group pitches its use case to a panel (sponsor + trainer + peers). · Structured feedback on impact / cost / risk / timeline - pilots are ranked by priority. · Commitments: one AI champion per team, a 90-day calendar, weekly check-ins. · Wrap-up: delivery of the Learni Impact Book (use case map, prompts, workflows, contacts).

Evaluation method

  • Initial assessment via a positioning questionnaire sent to every participant 7 days before the session
  • Knowledge-check quiz at the end of each module (8 modules x 5 questions) with instant self-correction and explanations
  • Final pitch workshop in front of a panel (internal sponsor + Learni trainer + peers): each breakout group defends its pilot project on impact / cost / risk / timeline
  • Individual skills report delivered within 5 business days: validated competencies, growth areas, personal recommendations
  • Impact measurement at day 30 and day 90: review of shipped automations, consolidated KPIs, practice adjustments with your lead trainer

Learning method

  • Program co-designed upfront: 2 scoping calls (goal setting and data audit) with your sponsor - 100% of the content is rewritten to match your context
  • 20% theory / 80% workshop: no lecture block runs longer than 15 minutes - every module ends with a tangible output (prompt, workflow, agent)
  • Rotating breakout workshops: 4 people per station, rotation every 25 minutes, cross-group debriefs at each step - every participant is exposed to 4 different business use cases
  • The 'do-debrief-redo' method: you do the work, the trainer gives individual feedback, you redo it with immediate correction - no passive slide decks
  • Lifetime access to materials, video replay, the prompt/workflow repo, plus monthly office hours with your trainer for 90 days after the session

Our method

Training quality, guaranteed at every step

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.

Step 1

Rigorous trainer selection

Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.

  • Triple validation: technical, pedagogical, sectoral.
  • Minimum rating 4.8/5 over the last 12 sessions.
Step 2

You meet the trainer beforehand

30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.

  • Live briefing on goals and team context.
  • Veto right — we swap the trainer for free if needed.
Step 3

Content tailored to your context

No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.

  • Hands-on cases drawn from your stack and projects.
  • Program co-written then validated by your team.
Step 4

Continuous quality follow-up

Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.

  • NPS, knowledge quizzes and skills self-assessment.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: fully satisfied or free rework.

A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
