The Skills Development Plan covers all training actions decided by the employer for employees. Mandatory in principle (employers have a duty to adapt and maintain employability), it funds training aligned with company strategy — upskilling, certification, internal reconversion, anticipation of a tech shift.
It can be co-funded by the branch's OPCO (especially for companies under 50 employees) or fully borne by the employer. All Learni programs are compatible with the plan, whether certifying, qualifying or simply skill-building.
