Remote · On-site at your premises

Companies

In-company team training. Two delivery modes, same quality: remote via synchronous virtual classroom, or on-site with a trainer travelling to you.

Two interviews, one promise: quality

Interview 1 · 45 min

Soft-skills with a therapist

MBTI and DISC tests run by a partner therapist. We validate every trainer's human posture — empathy, listening, group management, emotional intelligence, ability to handle an off-script question. It's the first screening, and it's a deal-breaker.

Interview 2 · 60 min

Technical with our referents

A team of domain referents (one per area — cybersecurity, AI, cloud, dev, no-code...) checks real subject mastery and the ability to teach it. No theoretical trick questions: a field case. If the candidate doesn't solve it, they don't pass.
