About Alternance

Work-study covers two schemes: the apprenticeship contract (16-29, degree-leading) and the professionalization contract (no age limit for some audiences, qualifying or certifying). In both cases, the employee alternates company periods and training periods, with pay set as a percentage of minimum wage by age.

Learni acts as the training organization within partner degree programs (BTS, Bachelor, Master) for Qualiopi-certified technical modules: cybersecurity, AI, cloud, dev. OPCO coverage is 100% of the pedagogical cost based on the NPEC.

Mobilize Alternance on a Learni program

Who can benefit

Companies of any size hiring an apprentice. The employee must be 16-29 (apprenticeship) or match eligible audiences (professionalization). The branch's OPCO fully funds the training.

How to file the application

1) Define the role and target qualification. 2) Pick a partner training center (Learni teaches in several work-study programs). 3) Sign the CERFA apprenticeship/professionalization contract. 4) The file is processed by the OPCO within 30 days.

Indicative amounts and rules

100% of the pedagogical cost covered by the OPCO based on the NPEC set by France Compétences. Hiring grant up to €6,000 for the first year (varies by fiscal year).
