The day focuses on acquiring expert mentoring and coaching techniques, including active listening, powerful questioning and managing relational dynamics. Participants practice realistic scenarios from their professional context and produce concrete deliverables such as interview grids and individualized progress plans. Emphasis is placed on adapting approaches to expert profiles.
Module 3Theme: Sustainable Mentoring: Deployment and Impact Measurement (evaluation tools, reporting methods, steering deliverables)
Learners finalize their system by integrating impact measurement tools and reporting methods suited to senior management requirements. They build a deployment plan including mentor training, internal communication and twelve-month follow-up. Practical exercises validate the robustness of the program before its effective implementation in the company.
