- 01What triggers the commission
- A client you introduced paying their deposit. Not a click, not a form, not even a signature: a client who has paid. You are told at signature with an estimate, and the reward falls due on payment. The tier applied is the one reached that day; earlier clients keep the amount already calculated.
- 02Attribution window
- 90 days from the click on your link. Corporate training is rarely decided the same day, so the window covers the quote, the sign-off and the scheduling.
- 03Without the link, with the code
- If your contact would rather call us directly, quoting your code is enough. We attach the deal to your account.
- 04Payment
- On invoice, by bank transfer, within 15 days. No minimum threshold: the first commission is payable.
- 05What is not allowed
- Bidding on the Learni brand in paid search, spam, and promising anything we do not advertise ourselves (prices, content or outcomes). An affiliate doing so is suspended, but keeps whatever they have already earned.

What people ask most
When do I get paid?
At signature you receive an email with the estimated amount. It falls due when the client pays their deposit: we tell you, you upload your invoice, and the transfer goes out within 15 days. No minimum threshold.
How do the tiers work?
Your tier depends on how many clients were paid over your last twelve months: Bronze from 1 to 3 (€150 per client), Silver from 4 to 5 (€250), Gold from 6 to 11 (€350), Platinum from 12 (8% of the contract, minimum €500). The client who takes you across a threshold is already paid at the new tier; earlier ones keep their amount. Outside Platinum, add 5% of the part above €5,000 and €200 above €10,000. Below €2,000 the reward is 10% of the amount. Finally, your very first client paid within 90 days of activation earns you an extra €100.
How do I know a request came from me?
Your affiliate dashboard, reached through the private link you get at sign-up, shows your clicks, the requests attributed to you and your commissions. It updates continuously.
What if my contact doesn't use the link?
They can simply quote your code when they talk to our team, or mention it in the form, and we attach it to your account. In B2B that is the most common case, since introductions often happen by phone.
How long does my link stay attributed?
90 days from the click. That is deliberately long: between discovery and signature, corporate training goes through a quote, an approval and scheduling. A 30-day window would cost you deals you actually brought in.
Is there a cap, or a minimum?
Neither. One referral a year earns one commission; fifty earn fifty.
Can I run paid ads on the Learni brand?
No. Bidding on our own brand bills us for traffic that was already coming to us and pushes up our own costs. Every other form of promotion is welcome: content, newsletters, social, word of mouth.
What happens if the client cancels?
A commission is earned at signature. If the client withdraws before training starts, the commission is cancelled. If it has already been transferred, we do not claim it back.
Do I need to be a registered business?
To be paid, you need to be able to issue an invoice or otherwise document the payment. Individuals, sole traders and companies are all accepted. If you are unsure about your situation, email us before signing up.
