Module 2Identifying and Supporting Disability Situations in Companies

Case studies, needs analysis, workstation adjustments, technical and human solutions. Declaration process, dialogue with the employee, role of the occupational physician, inclusion partners (MDPH, AGEFIPH, FIPHFP, Cap Emploi, etc.).
