Train your team and no one else

Learni does not sell seats in open sessions. Every course brings together your people and only your people, working on your own cases, onsite or in a live virtual classroom. Programs are designed for your context and taught by working practitioners.

Private vs open

Why teams learn faster on their own

An open session mixes ten different contexts, so the instructor teaches to the average. A private session teaches to yours.

01

Your cases, not generic examples

The program is written after a scoping call with your team: your tooling, your architecture, your production constraints. Labs run against your environment, not a demo sandbox.

02

Real confidentiality

Your people can talk openly about incidents, technical debt and unreleased projects, because nobody else is in the room. That is the precondition for training that actually changes something.

03

A schedule you set

Dates, half-day splits, spreading sessions over several weeks so a team is never emptied at once — your calendar drives the plan, not a fixed session catalogue.

04

Cost per team, not per seat

Pricing is set per session rather than per seat sold. Training eight people costs less than eight individual registrations, and the budget is easier to defend internally.

How it runs

From request to debrief, in five steps

Scoping is free and carries no commitment. You know exactly what you are signing up for.

01

Scoping

A 30 to 45 minute call with an instructional designer: who is being trained, starting level, the operational outcome you need, scheduling constraints. Free, no commitment.

02

Program and quote in 48 hours

You receive the full outline — objectives, modules, labs, assessment method — together with the quote.

03

Instructor matching

We assign a practitioner from the field, selected through two interviews: one on teaching posture, one on technical depth. You see the profile before you confirm.

04

Delivery

Onsite at your offices or in a live virtual classroom, eight participants maximum, hands-on throughout.

05

Assessment and follow-up

Skills assessment at the end, a satisfaction survey, and a follow-up review to measure what actually reached production. Materials stay available to your team.

What we teach

The domains companies ask for most often

Every domain is delivered as a tailored track. The pages below list available programs and prerequisites.

Generative AI

Team-wide literacy, business use cases, and a clear view of the risks.

Cybersecurity

Staff awareness, hardening your systems, and preparing for audits.

Cloud

Azure, AWS and GCP: migration, operations, and cost control.

Data & BI

Power BI, data analysis, and building a habit of deciding on numbers.

Management

Leadership posture, change management, running distributed teams.

Engineering

Languages, frameworks and engineering practice for your technical teams.

Budget

What a private session actually costs

Pricing is per session and per day, not per seat. Here is what drives it, so you can build a defensible number before you talk to us.

Priced per session

A day of training costs the same whether three or eight people attend. Below roughly four participants, an open course is usually the better call — we will say so.

Catalogue track or custom build

Adapting an existing program is the fastest and cheapest route. A fully custom build adds instructional design time, and we scope that separately so you can see what you are paying for.

Onsite adds travel

Instructor travel and accommodation are quoted as pass-through costs, itemised. Live virtual removes them entirely, which is often decisive for distributed teams.

Certification is separate

Where a program prepares for a vendor or industry certification, the exam voucher is quoted as a separate line rather than buried in the day rate.

We needed a training that could speak both to a field profile and a cloud profile, without diluting the content. Learni delivered exactly that: practical, on our stack, with a trainer who has been inside a real plant.

Our engineer didn't need another academic intro to Zephyr. He wanted to ship verifiable firmware the following week. Learni held that line: we walked out with code in the repo, tests running and a clear path to IEC 62304.

We didn't want a theoretical NAC course: we wanted to be able to roll a real site over without breaking production. Learni held that line: we walked out with a running ClearPass lab, role-based policies and a clear cutover plan.

Questions we get from L&D leads

How many people per session?+
Eight at most. Beyond that, labs turn into demonstrations and the instructor can no longer sit with each participant. To train a larger population we split it into several groups with the same instructor, which keeps the exit level consistent.
Can you train on our own environment?+
Yes, that is the point of a private session. Scoping is where we inventory your tools, versions and access constraints. If your environment cannot be opened to an external instructor, we rebuild an equivalent one from your specifications.
How soon can we start?+
The quote goes out within two business days of the scoping call. Start date then depends on instructor availability and your internal approval path: expect two to four weeks for a catalogue track, four to eight for a fully custom build.
Onsite or virtual — what do you recommend?+
Onsite still wins for workshop formats and for teams that also need to learn to work together. Live virtual becomes the obvious choice as soon as the group is spread across sites. We advise against self-paced asynchronous training on its own: real completion rates do not hold up.
What if the training we need does not exist?+
We design it — program, materials, exercises and facilitation guide. That is a standalone instructional design engagement, quoted and delivered as such.
Do your courses lead to a certification?+
Some do. Part of the catalogue prepares for a vendor or industry certification, with the exam quoted separately. The rest lead to a certificate of completion recording the skills assessed.
