Do you need a dedicated designer for a design system?+
Ideally yes from a certain size (5+ designers, 3+ product teams). For smaller orgs, a lighter design system managed part-time is enough. We cover both cases.
Is the Design system training eligible for company funding?+
Yes. All Learni programs, including Design system, are delivered under industry certification (Qualiopi, license 11 77 08678 77), which makes them eligible for employer-funded learning budgets, OPCO and FNE-Formation in France, and most corporate L&D programs internationally. What is the format of the Design system training?+
Design system training runs onsite at your offices, remotely via interactive virtual classroom, or in hybrid mode. Sessions usually last 1 to 5 days, with a maximum of 8 learners per group to guarantee pedagogical quality. Custom paths spread over weeks are also available.
Is a certificate issued after the Design system training?+
Each learner receives a Learni completion certificate. Depending on the program, vendor or industry certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Scrum Alliance, etc.) can be prepared and taken. Our trainers are certified and our programs aligned with the official frameworks.
