Module 2Theme: Operational Incident Management (team coordination, escalations, ticketing tools)

This day focuses on real-time coordination of technical and business teams. Learners use tools such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management to manage complex escalations. Simulated incident scenarios test communication protocols, document actions, and produce a structured incident report meeting enterprise requirements.

Module 3Theme: Post-Mortem Incident Management (RCA analysis, team coaching, continuous improvement)

Participants master root cause analysis techniques using the 5 Whys method and Ishikawa diagrams. They lead effective post-mortem meetings and practice coaching the involved teams. Each group develops a continuous improvement plan with measurable KPIs and presents it for validation, strengthening professional enterprise skills.

Module 4Theme: Incident Management Leadership (stress management, executive reporting, certification)

The final day develops leadership during crises through stress management and executive communication exercises. Learners finalize their certified process deliverable and complete a practical evaluation. They leave with a personalized action plan to deploy advanced Incident Management within their organization.
