Participants discover the principles of OKRs applied to professional training. They practice defining ambitious and measurable objectives using tools such as Google Sheets and Notion. Real company case studies serve as the basis for pair exercises. Each learner produces an initial OKR draft for their professional context. The trainer provides individualized feedback on the clarity and ambition of the proposals.
This day focuses on day-to-day OKR management. Trainees learn to use shared dashboards and facilitate check-in rituals. Group simulations allow testing of key result adjustments in response to unforeseen events. A complete deliverable including a quarterly monitoring plan is produced. Emphasis is placed on transparent communication and escalation of blockers.
Learners explore the deployment of OKRs at the organizational level and their connection to certifying training. They design a scoring and retrospective system tailored to their company. Practical workshops incorporate feedback from the first two days. The final deliverable is a complete 2026 roadmap ready to be presented to leadership.
