Introduction to digital Kanban (Trello, Jira, collaborative tools). Implementation of tracking indicators: lead time, cycle time, throughput. Simulations and practical cases of flow management.
Module 3 : Optimization, Obstacle Management, and Large-Scale Deployment
Detection and management of bottlenecks and wastes, continuous optimization techniques (kaizen). Facilitation of Kanban rituals (stand-up, flow review meetings).
