Intensive practice of the SBI feedback model through filmed role-playing. Participants analyze recordings, adjust their approach, and produce a performance evaluation deliverable. Emphasis is placed on active listening and reformulation within a certifying framework.
Deepening Crucial Conversations using the SBI feedback model. Work on complex company cases, use stakeholder mapping tools, and create a dialogue strategy deliverable. Exercises promote conflict resolution and consensus building.
Synthesis and certification of acquired skills. Participants present their final deliverable combining SBI and Crucial Conversations, receive a final evaluation, and build a personal action plan for the company. The day ends with collective feedback and certificate delivery.
