History of React and its philosophy. Key concepts: Virtual DOM, JSX, functional vs class components, props and state. Environment setup (Create React App). Creating first interactive components. Passing data between components. Practical exercises: create a mini interactive dashboard.
Module 2 : Advanced State Management and Navigation
Essential hooks (useState, useEffect): state management and side effects. Introduction to Context for global sharing. Introduction to React Router: routing, links, URL parameters. Event handling, forms, and validation. Exercises: develop a multi-page mini-site with controlled forms.
Module 3 : APIs, Optimization, and Best Practices
API calls (fetch, axios), asynchronous management. Performance optimization (memoization, PureComponent, React.memo, useMemo). Project structuring: architecture, asset management, conventions. Basic tests and introduction to documentation with Storybook. Presentation of complementary tools (Redux, Next.js, Material UI). Completion of the ongoing mini-project (ToDo app connected to an API).
