Exploration of ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and backlog refinement. Exercises simulating Scrum ceremonies in the virtual classroom.

Module 3Practical Implementation and Scrum Adoption in the Enterprise

Setting up a sample project: creating a Product Backlog, sprint planning, tracking indicators (burndown chart, velocity). Managing obstacles and continuous adaptation. Feedback from experience, real case studies. Tips for facilitating organizational change, team coaching. Practical workshop: launching a fictional Sprint and group debrief.
