Module 3Theme: Stress Management and Emotional Regulation (techniques, breathing, scenarios)
Trainees learn regulation techniques such as controlled breathing and cognitive restructuring. They apply these methods to concrete business scenarios, work in pairs for debriefing exercises, and produce a personal stress management guide. Deliverables include audio recordings of practice sessions.
Module 4Theme: Emotional Intelligence and Professional Relationships (role-playing, negotiation, analysis)
