The Contrat de Sécurisation Professionnelle (CSP) is a French redeployment scheme that employers must offer to employees facing economic dismissal in companies with fewer than 1,000 staff, and in any company under receivership or liquidation. The employee has 21 days to accept or decline; on acceptance the employment contract ends by mutual agreement and the beneficiary becomes a vocational trainee, supported by a dedicated France Travail adviser.
Over the 12-month track (extendable by periods of work carried out during the CSP), training is central: skills assessment, support measures and qualifying or certifying training actions are funded within the scheme. Learni tracks in AI, cybersecurity, cloud, data and no-code fit a fast reconversion toward in-demand roles, delivered by a Qualiopi-certified organization with a quote matching the CSP adviser's requirements.
