Discovery of positive psychology and the origin of VIA strengths. Presentation of the ranking of the 24 strengths according to the VIA Institute on Character model. Completion of the VIA test by each participant (in advance or at the beginning of the session). Initial analysis and sharing of first reflections in small groups. Concrete identification of individual dominant strengths.

Methods, materials and delivery
The Training: Discover and Use VIA Strengths at Work: Develop Your Potential program is delivered onsite or remote (blended-learning, virtual classroom, remote presence).
