Module 2SAP BW Modeling: InfoObjects and DataStore Objects (Star Schema, Hierarchies)
Building SAP BW data models starting from master InfoObjects and characteristics, creation of DataStore Objects for persistent storage, implementation of star schema with InfoCubes, exercises on hierarchies and attributes for multidimensional analyses, application to a red thread company project, generation of validated modeling diagrams ready for ETL integration.
Module 3SAP BW Extraction: Transformations and DTP (DataSources, Simple ABAP Routines)
Configuration of data extractions from SAP ECC to BW using standard DataSources, development of transformations via graphical routines and basic ABAP, execution of Data Transfer Processes to load InfoProviders, practical tests on realistic company data volumes, resolution of common error scenarios, creation of a fully documented complete ETL flow for your professional use case.
Module 4SAP BW Queries: BEx Query Designer and Analyses (Variables, CKF/RKF Calculations)
Design of advanced queries in BEx Analyzer and Designer, integration of dynamic variables and hierarchical selections, calculations with CKF and RKF formulas for business KPIs, exercises on interactive dashboards connected to your InfoProviders, optimization of query performance on large datasets, production of exportable reports to Excel and validation in real business context.
Module 5SAP BW Administration: Monitoring and Optimization (Process Chains, Authorizations)
Setup of process chains for automating daily loads, monitoring of jobs via RSA1 and BW Admin Cockpit, basic configuration of SAP BW authorizations and roles, performance optimization with indexes and partitions, exercises on a complete red thread company project, delivery of an administration plan and certification of skills via practical MCQ.
