Module 2Mosquitto Configuration: Security and Authentication (TLS, ACL, Certificates)
Setting up TLS security with self-signed or Let's Encrypt certificates, configuring ACLs to control topic access by user, integrating password or external authentication via plugins, advanced tests with secure clients like MQTT Explorer, simulation of common attacks and broker hardening, development of an enterprise use case with multi-users and granular rights, production of immediately applicable security reports.
Module 3Mosquitto Deployment: Persistence, Scaling, and Monitoring (Databases, Prometheus)
Enabling message persistence with SQLite or PostgreSQL databases for IoT reliability, horizontal scaling via Mosquitto bridge clustering, integrating monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana for QoS metrics, high availability exercises on Docker Swarm cluster, performance optimization for thousands of connections, completion of a full ongoing project with live dashboard, delivery of production-ready configurations for enterprise.
