Installation of dependencies, configuration of local and cloud environments (Google Colab, A100, V100), GPU/TPU access management. Dataset preparation: collection, labeling, augmentation, and cleaning. Data formats expected by DreamBooth. Best practices to avoid overfitting and maximize customization relevance.
Module 3Training, Optimization, and Advanced Generation
Step-by-step launch of DreamBooth fine-tuning with custom dataset. Log monitoring, hyperparameter adjustment (learning rate, batch size, epochs, etc.). Detection and resolution of common errors. Image generation, critical analysis of outputs, fine adjustments. Outlook on integrations into professional pipelines (API, automations, integration with graphic or design tools).
