Module 1Introduction and Getting Started with CryEngine
Discovery of the interface, navigation in the editor, project creation, exploration of main features, import of basic resources, file and version management, first steps with standard assets.
Module 2Modeling a 3D Environment
Terrain management and level design, import of 3D models, terrain modification, texturing, use of the material editor, adding lights and visual effects, introduction to particle systems.
Module 3Integrating Interactivity and Scripting
Introduction to scripting with FlowGraph and Lua, automation of simple behaviors, management of triggers and events, creation of door mechanics, platforms, and interactive cinematics.
Module 4Gameplay, Physics, and Artificial Intelligence
Physics management (rigid body, collision), integration of character controls, camera parameters, basics of AI in CryEngine, creation of simple enemies, pathfinding management.
Module 5Optimization, Packaging, and Deployment
Graphic optimization techniques, LOD and streaming management, performance improvements, project packaging for different platforms, build tests, publication, and distribution.

Methods, materials and delivery
The Master CryEngine: Complete Training for Video Game Developers program is delivered onsite or remote (blended-learning, e-learning, virtual classroom, remote presence).
