The Complete Mastery of 360Learning: Design and Animate Collaborative Trainings training is delivered in-person or remotely (blended-learning, e-learning, virtual classroom, remote in-person). Advanced use of collaborative tools: creating workshops, managing feedback, encouraging learner engagement via challenges and notifications. Best practices for animating a learning community. Setting up blended learning paths (remote, synchronous, asynchronous).
Creating and managing learner groups. Planning and tracking sessions, enrollments, reminders. Data analysis, progress tracking, and identifying improvement areas. Final workshop: designing a mini-collaborative course ready for deployment.
