Module 2Go Structures and Interfaces: composition, embedding, polymorphism (refactoring existing code)
Dive into advanced structs and interfaces to model complex domains, practice embedding for flexible composition, refactor legacy code applying Go duck typing, develop reusable packages with recent generics, integrate custom error handling, build a scalable backend service simulator, evaluate maintainability via live code review, generate UML diagrams to document your designs.
Module 3APIs and Testing in Go: REST/gRPC, Go test, mocks (simulated CI/CD integration)
Design performant APIs with Gin and gRPC for interoperable microservices, implement secure endpoints with JWT and middleware, write comprehensive unit tests using Go testing and table-driven tests, mock external dependencies for isolation, integrate fuzzing and benchmarks, simulate a CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions, deploy a fully testable service, analyze code coverage to at least 90%, produce an automated test report.
Module 4Deployment and Optimization in Go: Docker, observability, profiling (enterprise final project)
Optimize your Go applications for production using CPU/memory profiling with pprof and trace, containerize with multi-stage Dockerfiles for lightweight images, integrate Prometheus and Grafana for real-time monitoring, deploy on Kubernetes minikube in simulated mode, manage configurations with Viper and structured logs, complete a capstone project for a fully scalable microservice, present your deliverable in a professional pitch, receive certifying feedback to boost your CV.
