Founded by engineers and learning experts, Learni's mission is to make high-impact tech training accessible to teams everywhere. We work remotely with organizations across the US and Canada, in your time zone, to help teams upskill fast.
Don't let this gap widen
Without this upskilling, your team accumulates a technological gap that translates directly into productivity loss.
Organizations that don't train their talents on key topics see their competitiveness drop.
Every quarter without training is a gap widening with competitors who invest.
The cost of inaction quickly exceeds that of well-targeted training.
This first day of training introduces the essential principles of GitHub to novice participants. Learners explore the interface, create their first account, and initialize public and private repositories. Practical exercises allow them to navigate the main menus, import existing projects, and understand the file structure. Each participant leaves with a personal repository ready for the rest of the training.
Participants learn to create and manage branches in GitHub. They perform structured commits, open pull requests, and conduct simple code reviews. Real enterprise cases illustrate conflicts and their resolution. By the end of the day, each learner masters the complete contribution cycle and knows how to document changes professionally.
This day focuses on team workflow organization via GitHub. Learners create issues, use projects, and apply labels to prioritize tasks. Pair exercises simulate a real project with responsibility distribution. Participants also discover notifications and mentions to streamline communication within the enterprise.
Learners discover GitHub Actions for automating tests and deployments. They configure simple workflows, trigger jobs on each push, and analyze results. Practical cases demonstrate how to secure deployments and improve reliability. Each participant deploys a functional workflow on their personal repository before the end of the day.
The final day covers repository security and maintenance best practices. Participants enable branch protections, analyze dependencies, and leverage insights to manage their projects. A group final project consolidates all acquired skills. Each participant leaves with a complete, documented repository ready for enterprise use.
