Learn to classify and notify major incidents according to DORA thresholds, practice drafting response plans through hands-on workshops, analyze case studies such as ransomware affecting payments, set up monitoring dashboards with open-source tools, test a real-time incident simulation in teams, and obtain a personalized incident management plan template as a deliverable.
Module 4DORA Resilience Testing: RTGS and Advanced Scenarios (methodologies, reporting)
Master digital resilience tests such as mandatory RTGS, design test scenarios using tools like TARA, review European feedback, conduct a cyber crisis simulation exercise on a fictional financial infrastructure, evaluate results via DORA KPIs, prepare a compliant test report as a deliverable, and integrate best practices for rapid implementation in your organization.
