Module 2Empathy: User Immersion and Personas

Experience empathy by conducting fictional interviews via Zoom, create detailed personas with tools like Miro, analyze real user journeys, identify pain points through immersive exercises, and compile an empathetic deliverable to challenge your preconceived ideas and align with real customer needs.

Module 3Ideation: Explosive Brainstorming and Idea Selection

Unleash your creativity in unrestrained brainstorming sessions on Jamboard, apply techniques like SCAMPER or Crazy 8, vote and prioritize ideas as a group, generate 50 concepts in 1 hour, and refine a top 3 viable ideas to turn your intuitions into concrete and innovative solutions.

Module 4Prototyping: Rapid Mockup Construction

Take action by building low-fidelity prototypes with Figma or virtual paper, iteratively test your ideas in pairs, integrate immediate feedback, refine designs for greater usability, and produce a functional prototype ready to be challenged, making innovation tangible and accessible.

Module 5Testing and Synthesis: Validation and Action Plan

Test your prototypes with simulated peers, collect qualitative feedback via surveys, iterate on failures for quick wins, synthesize into an impactful pitch with roadmap, and develop a personal action plan for implementation in your company to scale your innovations right away.

The Training Design Thinking - Innovate by Solving Customer Needs program is delivered onsite or remote (blended-learning, e-learning, virtual classroom, remote presence).
