Error handling, conditional tasks, automatic retries, and failure management. Practical exercises: creating and deploying batch and real-time data pipelines.
Module 3Integration, Monitoring & Production Deployment
Integrating Airflow with relational databases, APIs, S3, BigQuery, Hadoop, Spark, or BI tools. Securing access (RBAC, LDAP, secrets, audit logs). Advanced scheduling with variables, templates, and macros. Performance optimization (scaling, pools, queues, XComs). Advanced monitoring and alerts, deployment, scaling, maintenance, and best practices for production.
