Module 1Early Warning 24 Hours: mapping critical assets and NIS2 thresholds (EBIOS, MISP)
Participants map priority assets using the EBIOS RM method, define 24-hour detection thresholds and configure flows to the MISP platform. They analyze a real log set from an essential entity and produce the updated criticality matrix. The day ends with the creation of the first draft of the ANSSI notification procedure.
Module 2Early Warning 24 Hours: real-time correlation and escalation scenarios (SIEM, SOAR)
Building on day 1 deliverables, learners build correlation rules in the SIEM and SOAR playbooks to automate 24-hour alerts. They test three sector-specific scenarios and measure detection time. Each team submits an incident report formatted in line with NIS2 requirements.
