Module 1Initial mapping: building a supply chain model with SCOR and Excel (flows, inventory, deliverables)
Participants discover the SCOR framework and map the source-make-deliver processes of a fictional company. They enter baseline data in Excel, calculate service levels and identify safety stocks. A real automotive industry case serves as a running example, and each pair submits a validated flow map.
Module 2Simulation and adjustment: optimizing the supply chain model with demand scenarios (Excel, Power Query)
Building on the previous day’s model, learners incorporate demand variations and supplier lead times. They use Power Query to automate calculations and test three replenishment scenarios. The deliverable is a workbook with dashboards and quantified recommendations.
Module 3Synthesis and control: deploying the supply chain model in operational reporting (dashboards, KPIs)
The final day consolidates the models into shared reporting. Participants define priority SCOR KPIs, create visual alerts and present their synthesis to the group. Each final model incorporates feedback from previous days and can be reused directly in the workplace.
