Participants inventory existing AI systems, apply high-risk classification criteria and generate an initial structured inventory. They use the Commission's guidelines and identify the documentary obligations of Article 49. Each team produces a consolidated source file reusable in the following days.
Module 2Theme: Risk assessment and documentation of the AI Systems Register (ISO 42001 method, bias registers)
Building on the Day 1 inventory, participants measure algorithmic biases, define performance metrics and complete risk sheets. They integrate traceability requirements and produce the technical sections of the register. A real company case is handled in pairs with collective feedback.
