Module 3Theme: PMBOK Execution and Quality Assurance in DevSecOps (resources, communications)
Focus on activity execution and quality assurance according to PMBOK. Participants manage fictional teams, lead coordination meetings, and integrate DevSecOps practices. Exercises on collaborative tools and quality metrics tracking with concrete deliverables.
Module 4Theme: PMBOK Risk Management in Application Security (identification, analysis)
