Creation and management of the data processing register. Risk assessment and Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) methodology. Implementation of internal policies, IT charter, drafting of information notices and consent forms. Contractual management and subcontracting analysis. Compliance audit and reporting to management.
Fundamental principles of data security (technical, organizational, preventive measures). CNIL recommendations, data breach management, notification procedures, and associated documentation. Internal team awareness, change management, and management of data subject rights. Implementation of indicators and dashboards, planning of internal and external audits. Preparation and conduct of a practical 'simulation' case typical of a DPO. Review and post-training support.
