Overview of different evaluation grids (training, company, recruitment…). Analyze the context of use, stakes (objectives, uses, legal constraints). Define the competencies, aptitudes or knowledge to evaluate. Identification of evaluation stakeholders. Workshops on reflection on frequent errors and cognitive biases.
Development of clear, objective and measurable evaluation criteria (SMART method, critical incidents technique). Definition of levels/degree of mastery. Introduction to weighting and scoring (simple weighting, complex weighting). Collaborative writing of grid models. Case studies according to professional references.
Reading and interpreting results. Use the grid as a support for dialogue and professional development. Continuous improvement process for grids (feedback, adjustments). Workshop adapting grids to real cases (recruitment, annual evaluation, validation of acquisitions). Management of the dissemination of an evaluation grid in an organization.
