The Training: Mastering Co-Development: Facilitating Collective Intelligence within Teams training is delivered in-person or remotely (blended-learning, e-learning, virtual classroom, remote in-person). At Learni, a Qualiopi-certified training organization, each program is designed to maximize skills acquisition, regardless of the training mode chosen.
The trainer alternates between demonstrative, interrogative, and active methods (through practical exercises and/or real-world scenarios). This pedagogical approach ensures concrete and directly applicable learning in the workplace.

Definition and history of professional co-development. Core values and principles: listening, respect, confidentiality, and commitment. Discovery of benefits for teams and individuals. Overview of different co-development methods and their role in learning organizations. Identification of personal expectations and those of the group.
Presentation of the 6-step protocol inspired by the Payette & Champagne method. Role-playing: understanding and practicing each phase (topic presentation, clarification, contract, exploration, synthesis, action plan, and learnings). Facilitator skills: active listening, questioning, paraphrasing, group regulation. Managing group dynamics and creating a climate conducive to non-judgmental sharing.
Facilitation of real co-development groups using issues brought by participants. Reflexive analysis: evaluation of practices, identification of strengths and areas for improvement. Recommendations for integrating co-development into one's organization: logistical aspects, internal communication, follow-up, and sustainability. Development of an individual action plan for implementation.
