Module 1Theme: Introduction to the AI Literacy Framework (standards, evaluation grids, initial cases)
Participants discover the AI Literacy Framework and the core principles of responsible AI. They apply an analysis grid to three everyday tools, identify risk areas, and produce an initial mapping of uses within their department. Real-world examples from service and healthcare companies illustrate each concept.
Module 2Theme: Bias detection and drafting the AI Literacy charter (methods, deliverables)
Building on the mappings created the previous day, learners identify the most common biases and test mitigation methods. They collectively draft an AI usage charter tailored to their organization, including validation processes and incident reporting channels.
Module 3Theme: Deployment of the AI Literacy Framework and monitoring plan (tools, indicators, presentation)
Teams finalize their implementation plan, define monitoring indicators, and prepare a presentation. Each participant leaves with their personalized charter, completed evaluation grid, and a simple dashboard to manage compliance over the following six months.
