Discovery of listening barriers: internal/external distractions, judgments, biases. Self-diagnosis: identify your listening style. The three pillars: availability, benevolence, engagement. Analysis of concrete examples and decoding of non-verbal attitudes.
Active listening techniques: paraphrasing, open questioning, factual feedback, emotional validation. How to structure a successful interview using active listening? Practice through role-playing: empathetic listening, analytical listening, interventionist listening. Adapt your listening to the interlocutor's personality. Use silence and paraphrasing as powerful tools. Know how to identify verbal and non-verbal signals in others. Self-control exercises for spontaneous reactions and emotion management in tense situations.
