Module 1Theme: Configuration and first avatars with HeyGen Avatars (tools, templates, exports)
Participants discover the HeyGen interface and import reference photos or videos. They create three basic avatars, adjust lighting, and test two different voices. Each learner generates a 90-second video and exports it in MP4 and WebM formats. Feedback focuses on facial fidelity and lip fluidity. An individual deliverable compiles the three avatars and their metadata.
Module 2Theme: Advanced scripts and customization with HeyGen Avatars (scenes, transitions, API)
Learners reuse the avatars from the previous day to design 120-second scripts including transitions and overlays. They set emotional expressions and test the HeyGen API for batch video generation. A real internal training case is handled in pairs. The deliverable is a folder of six ready-to-use videos with their source scripts.
Module 3Theme: Deployment and measurement with HeyGen Avatars (workflows, analytics, iterations)
The final day focuses on integrating videos into LMS learning paths and analyzing completion rates. Participants configure webhooks and measure performance on two B2B scenarios. They iterate on an existing avatar to correct identified gaps. The final deliverable includes an optimization report and a reusable production pipeline.
