Learners design a complete change management plan for a PrestaShop migration. They use impact matrices, communication tools and simulation workshops. Each participant delivers a detailed action plan tailored to their company.
Module 3Theme: Team Support in Change Management (tools, methods, deliverables)
Focus on the human side of change with practical exercises on Shopify. Participants lead internal training sessions, manage resistance and create communication materials. Final deliverable: complete support kit for their organization.
Module 4Theme: Consolidation and Measurement of Change Management (tools, methods, deliverables)
