Don't let this gap widen

Why this program matters

  • Without this upskilling, your team accumulates a technological gap that translates directly into productivity loss.

  • Organizations that don't train their talents on key topics see their competitiveness drop.

  • Every quarter without training is a gap widening with competitors who invest.

  • The cost of inaction quickly exceeds that of well-targeted training.

Cyber Crisis Exercise training objectives

  • Conduct a Cyber Crisis Exercise training by applying NIST CSF best practices
  • Design attack scenarios adapted to the company's industry sector
  • Use TheHive and MISP to collect and share indicators during the exercise
  • Measure detection and response times with precise metrics
  • Draft a post-exercise report containing quantified corrective actions
  • Train business teams on coordination with the internal CERT

Program

Cyber Crisis Exercise curriculum: 3 modules over 3 days

Module 1 : Cyber Crisis Exercise: Scenario Design and Detection Tools (MISP, TheHive)

Participants define realistic attack scenarios based on TTPs observed in 2025. They configure MISP feeds to import IOCs, create cases in TheHive and establish initial response playbooks. Each group produces a set of indicators and a first version of the communication plan.

Module 2 : Cyber Crisis Exercise: Facilitation and SOC-CERT Coordination (tabletop and simulation)

The team runs an exercise under real conditions with event injections. SOC, CERT and executive roles are played. Participants measure detection and escalation times, adjust playbooks in real time and test communication channels with executive management.

Module 3 : Cyber Crisis Exercise: Lessons Learned and Improvement Plan (quantified report)

Each group analyzes observed gaps, calculates MTTD and MTTR metrics and drafts a post-exercise report. Corrective actions are prioritized with follow-up indicators. A six-month re-exercise plan is validated with security managers.

How Cyber Crisis Exercise skills are assessed

  • Observation of performance during simulations
  • Analysis of post-exercise reports produced
  • Final quiz on procedures and tools

How the Cyber Crisis Exercise course is taught

  • Design of realistic exercise scenarios

Our method

How Learni guarantees the quality of your Cyber Crisis Exercise training

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.

Step 1

Rigorous trainer selection

Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.

  • Triple validation: technical, pedagogical, sectoral.
  • Minimum rating 4.8/5 over the last 12 sessions.
Step 2

You meet the trainer beforehand

30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.

  • Live briefing on goals and team context.
  • Veto right — we swap the trainer for free if needed.
Step 3

Content tailored to your context

No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.

  • Hands-on cases drawn from your stack and projects.
  • Program co-written then validated by your team.
Step 4

Continuous quality follow-up

Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.

  • NPS, knowledge quizzes and skills self-assessment.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: fully satisfied or free rework.

A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
