Don't let this gap widen

Why this program matters

  • Without this upskilling, your team accumulates a technological gap that translates directly into productivity loss.

  • Organizations that don't train their talents on key topics see their competitiveness drop.

  • Every quarter without training is a gap widening with competitors who invest.

  • The cost of inaction quickly exceeds that of well-targeted training.

Program

AI Act curriculum: 4 modules over 4 days

Module 1 : Supplier obligations and anatomy of the quality system

Structured overview of supplier obligations: compliance with essential requirements, quality management system, technical documentation and its retention, logging, conformity assessment, declaration and marking, registration, corrective measures, information and cooperation with authorities, accessibility. Components of the quality management system listed in Article 17: regulatory compliance strategy, design and design-control procedures, development, quality control and quality assurance procedures, review, testing and validation procedures, technical specifications and applied standards, data management systems, risk management system, post-market surveillance, incident reporting, communication with authorities, record keeping, resource management and accountability framework.

Module 2 : Building the quality system without starting from scratch

Integration with existing systems: generic quality management, medical devices, information security, AI management. What can be reused as-is, what must be created, and what must be rewritten because the controlled object is no longer deterministic software. Process mapping and responsibility matrix across product, data, engineering, quality, legal and security functions. Minimum set of procedures to draft and the risk of documentation that does not reflect actual practice. Management review, internal audits, non-conformity management, competence management. Workshop: define the process map and documentation plan for an organisation brought by participants.

Module 3 : Conformity assessment procedures

Which procedure for which system: internal control or notified body intervention, depending on the Annex III domain, whether the system is a product covered by harmonisation legislation, and whether harmonised standards are applied. Role of harmonised standards and presumption of conformity, status of common specifications, and actions when a standard does not yet exist or does not cover the requirement. Notified body assessment process: required dossier, quality system evaluation, technical documentation review, certificates, surveillance, refusals and appeals. Substantial modifications and reassessment. Derogation procedure for exceptional reasons and its limits.

Module 4 : Declare, mark, register, maintain

EU declaration of conformity: content, signature, liability, language, retention, updates. CE marking: affixing, visibility, digital supply cases, mention of the notified body number where applicable. Registration in the EU database and public information. Authorised representative for suppliers outside the Union, importer and downstream distributor obligations. Dry-run review: each team has its dossier audited by another team, qualifies gaps and builds a remediation plan with effort and timeline. Final presentation: present the compliance dossier for a system and the credible date by which it will be ready.

How AI Act skills are assessed

  • Self-assessment at the start, followed by a validation quiz at the end of each day
  • Continuous evaluation of deliverables produced during the session, reviewed by the instructor
  • Final presentation: delivery to the group of the compliance deliverable built during the course

How the AI Act course is taught

  • Work on participants’ real AI use cases or anonymised training dossiers
  • Guided reading of the regulation articles and annexes with the consolidated text available
  • Reusable templates provided: registers, document frameworks, analysis and control grids

Our method

How Learni guarantees the quality of your AI Act training

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.

Step 1

Rigorous trainer selection

Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.

  • Triple validation: technical, pedagogical, sectoral.
  • Minimum rating 4.8/5 over the last 12 sessions.
Step 2

You meet the trainer beforehand

30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.

  • Live briefing on goals and team context.
  • Veto right — we swap the trainer for free if needed.
Step 3

Content tailored to your context

No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.

  • Hands-on cases drawn from your stack and projects.
  • Program co-written then validated by your team.
Step 4

Continuous quality follow-up

Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.

  • NPS, knowledge quizzes and skills self-assessment.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: fully satisfied or free rework.

A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
