Don't let this gap widen

Why this program matters

  • Without this upskilling, your team accumulates a technological gap that translates directly into productivity loss.

  • Organizations that don't train their talents on key topics see their competitiveness drop.

  • Every quarter without training is a gap widening with competitors who invest.

  • The cost of inaction quickly exceeds that of well-targeted training.

Program

AI Act curriculum: 5 modules over 5 days

Module 1 : Framework and Current State Assessment

Regulation architecture from the program lead’s perspective: supplier vs. deployer responsibilities, general-purpose models, and cross-cutting obligations. Institutional landscape: national market surveillance authorities, European AI Office for general-purpose models, sectoral authorities, and coordination with data protection authorities. Sanctions regime and graduated penalties by infringement type, including provisions for smaller companies. Conducting the baseline assessment: self-assessment questionnaire, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis between stated and actual practices. Deliverable: initial snapshot with acknowledged blind spots.

Module 2 : Governance and Usage Policy

Governance bodies: AI committee composition, mandate, frequency, and real decision-making authority. Positioning of the AI compliance function and coordination with the DPO, security officer, quality, procurement, and legal teams. AI usage policy: scope, approved tools, confidentiality rules, prohibited uses, and responsibilities. New use-case admission process: intake form, qualification, classification, approval, and conditions. Handling undeclared uses and shadow IT without turning the function into an internal police force. Role of an AI management system as a documentation backbone and its limitations.

Module 3 : Compliance Roadmap

Converting the inventory and classification into an actionable plan: obligations by system and role, gaps, workload, cost, dependencies, and sequencing. Decision framework for use cases where compliance cost exceeds expected value, including justified termination. Required resources: internal, external, and skills to recruit or develop. Meaningful steering indicators: inventory coverage, share of high-risk systems documented, average qualification time, incidents. Executive dashboard for the board and senior leadership. Workshop: build and defend the plan for a real organization in front of a mock investment committee.

Module 4 : Skills, Suppliers, and General-Purpose Models

AI literacy obligation: organizational requirements, tailoring by population (executives, business users, technical teams, high-risk system supervisors), and maintaining proof. Specific training for human oversight personnel. Supplier oversight: due diligence, required evidence, contractual clauses, periodic review, and exit planning. General-purpose AI models integrated into products: documentation the model provider must supply downstream, copyright policy, training data summary, and integrator responsibilities. Scenarios where integrating a third-party model shifts the organization into the provider role.

Module 5 : Control, Evidence, and Sustainability

Internal control framework: audit plan, first- and second-line controls, management review, and gap remediation. Incident management and alignment with other organizational notification processes. Authority inspection readiness: permanent file, designated contacts, communication rules, and dry-run exercise. Relations with employee representatives and clients requesting compliance information. Twelve-month roadmap and conditions for its delivery. Final presentation: each participant presents their organization’s program, timeline, and three decisions requiring executive arbitration upon return.

How AI Act skills are assessed

  • Self-assessment at the start, followed by a validation quiz at the end of each day
  • Continuous assessment of deliverables produced during the session, reviewed by the instructor
  • Final presentation: each participant presents the compliance deliverable built during the training to the group

How the AI Act course is taught

  • Work on participants’ real AI use cases or anonymized training scenarios
  • Guided reading of the regulation articles and annexes with the consolidated text visible
  • Reusable templates provided: register, document frameworks, analysis and control grids

Our method

How Learni guarantees the quality of your AI Act training

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.

Step 1

Rigorous trainer selection

Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.

  • Triple validation: technical, pedagogical, sectoral.
  • Minimum rating 4.8/5 over the last 12 sessions.
Step 2

You meet the trainer beforehand

30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.

  • Live briefing on goals and team context.
  • Veto right — we swap the trainer for free if needed.
Step 3

Content tailored to your context

No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.

  • Hands-on cases drawn from your stack and projects.
  • Program co-written then validated by your team.
Step 4

Continuous quality follow-up

Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.

  • NPS, knowledge quizzes and skills self-assessment.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: fully satisfied or free rework.

A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
