Don't let this gap widen

Why this program matters

  • Without this upskilling, your team accumulates a technological gap that translates directly into productivity loss.

  • Organizations that don't train their talents on key topics see their competitiveness drop.

  • Every quarter without training is a gap widening with competitors who invest.

AI Act training objectives

  • Outline the deployer’s obligations for a high-risk system, from deployment through decommissioning
  • Determine who must conduct a fundamental rights impact assessment and what it must contain
  • Perform this assessment on a real case and align it with the data protection impact assessment
  • Inform workers and affected individuals, then respond to a request for explanation
  • Require from the provider the evidence that enables the deployer’s compliance

Program

AI Act curriculum: 4 modules over 4 days

Module 1 : Deployer Obligations

Use the system in accordance with the instructions for use and understand what this means in practice when business needs require different usage. Assign human oversight to competent individuals who are trained and have the necessary authority, including the authority to suspend a system in production. Ensure the relevance and representativeness of input data when the deployer controls it. Monitor operation, suspend use, and inform the provider and the authority in case of risk. Retain generated logs and determine for how long. Inform workers and their representatives before deployment in the workplace. Inform individuals subject to a decision assisted by the system. Cooperate with authorities. Specific obligations for public authorities and essential service operators.

Module 2 : Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment

Who must conduct it: public-law bodies and private entities providing public services, as well as deployers of creditworthiness assessment systems and pricing systems in life and health insurance. Expected content: description of the processes in which the system will be used, period and frequency of use, categories of natural persons and groups affected, specific risks of harm to these persons, planned human oversight measures, measures to take if risks materialize, governance and complaint mechanisms. Notification of results to the authority and updates when elements change. What can be shared with the data protection impact assessment and what cannot: the purpose, the scope of rights examined, and the stakeholders to involve differ.

Module 3 : Conducting the Assessment on a Real Case

Three cases worked on in subgroups: pre-selection of applications, credit-granting decision, allocation of a benefit by a public body. Framing of the business process and the exact role of the system in the decision. Identification of affected persons and groups, including those who are not direct recipients. Analysis of risks by fundamental right concerned, without limiting to non-discrimination. Design of human oversight that works in real conditions: available time, competence, automation bias, effective possibility to override the recommendation. Involvement of stakeholders: employee representatives, relevant departments, target audiences. Drafting, followed by critical review between subgroups.

Module 4 : Procurement, Contracts and Rights of Individuals

Selecting a provider: compliance questionnaire, evidence to require (instructions for use, technical documentation, EU declaration of conformity, registration, planned human oversight measures), verification rather than self-declaration. Useful contractual clauses: information on modifications, access to logs, cooperation in case of incident, reversibility, liability. User training plan and organizational AI literacy obligation. Right to obtain an explanation on an individual decision, right to lodge a complaint with the authority, internal organization of complaint handling. Red-thread case: building the complete deployer file for a system, ready for audit.

Our method

How Learni guarantees the quality of your AI Act training

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.

Step 1

Rigorous trainer selection

Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.

  • Triple validation: technical, pedagogical, sectoral.
  • Minimum rating 4.8/5 over the last 12 sessions.
Step 2

You meet the trainer beforehand

30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.

  • Live briefing on goals and team context.
  • Veto right — we swap the trainer for free if needed.
Step 3

Content tailored to your context

No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.

  • Hands-on cases drawn from your stack and projects.
  • Program co-written then validated by your team.
Step 4

Continuous quality follow-up

Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.

  • NPS, knowledge quizzes and skills self-assessment.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: fully satisfied or free rework.

A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
